Minimum 2 years of working experience in Finance & Accounting- Good command of English
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree of Finance / Accountancy or equivalent
Advance Microsoft excel skills (able to process big size data with formulas & pivot tables)
Have experience and knowledge in Finance Accounting Journals
Working experience with Zahir/Oracle (netSuite) (not training or University practice lab)
Have experience and knowledge in Financial Reporting and Banking Process
Input / reconscille all transaction AP and payment into the Accounting system
Responsible for accounting system prepare raw data monthly financial report prepare balance sheet reconciliation HMS ID and submit all report to FC to get review
Prepared Cashflow for weekly payment Reconcile Claim Credit card
Liaise with Bank for opening new bank account Corpoirate card dormant account and all related Bank Activitie
Work with Auditor prepared all supporting documents for audit purpose. Review and justify proposed audit adjustments.
