Finance & Accounting Executive

The Executive - Finance & Accounting supports the Finance department by ensuring accurate financial reporting maintaining accounting records assisting with budgeting forecasting audits tax compliance and internal controls. Ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements while providing general finance suppport and undertaking ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in monthly quarterly closing activities and preparation of financial reports
2. Ensure proper recording of all financial transactions including Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) General Ledger (GL) and fixed assets
3. Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts. Monitor budget utilisation and investigate variances
4. Support external and internal audits and ensure compliance with statutory finance reporting standards and JSOX compliance
5. Support Tax Fillings with Third Party Consultant and to achieve timely completion of Tax Audit
6. Implement and maintain effective internal controls. Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
7. Any ad hoc duties assigned by line manager

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related discipline
• Min. 2 years of Finance & Accounting experience
• Understanding of financial reporting budgeting forecasting taxation and internal control
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP Oracle or equivalent)
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Intermediate proficiency in English both written and spoken
