The Installation & Service Engineer will be responsible for managing installation commissioning and maintenance activities across Southeast Asia. This role requires strong technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems along with hands-on experience in troubleshooting project coordination and contractor supervision. Experience in dairy farm operations or agricultural environments will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities / Tasks
Project Installation & Commissioning
Execute installation and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems at customer sites
Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and meet quality standards
Support multiple project implementations across SEA countries
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Conduct service visits for equipment troubleshooting and diagnostics
Perform preventive and periodic maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
Provide technical solutions and timely issue resolution to customers
Project Coordination
Collaborate closely with HQ on project planning execution and reporting
Ensure alignment with global standards and procedures
Contractor Management
Supervise and manage external contractors during installation and project execution
Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
Design & Layout Planning
Design and develop layout drawings for parlors and farm setups
Utilize AutoCAD to produce accurate and functional technical drawings
Your Profile / Qualifications
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Diploma (D3) in Engineering (Electrical Mechanical or related field)
Proficient in AutoCAD for technical drawing and layout design
Strong background in electrical systems (preferred)
Experience in dairy farm industry or agricultural projects is a plus
Good command of English (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel frequently across SEA countries

Hands-on independent and proactive working style
Effective communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in cross-cultural and regional environments
