Job Summary
As a Field Coordinator youll play a key role in ensuring our nationwide field operations run smoothly and efficiently. Youll lead a team of Field Screeners coordinate field verification activities optimize schedules and resources and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Employment Background Screening services.
What Youll Do- Lead coach and manage a team of Field Screeners to achieve operational and performance targets.
- Plan and coordinate daily field assignments schedules and freelancer deployment across Indonesia.
- Monitor field visit progress report submissions and operational quality to ensure timely service delivery.
- Conduct field visits interviews and verification activities when required and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
- Resolve operational issues provide guidance to the field team and continuously improve field operations and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with HR Quality Product and other internal teams to enhance field processes tools and service quality.
- Analyze field operations and recommend improvements to increase efficiency productivity and customer satisfaction.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree preferably in Social Sciences or a related field.
- 23 years of experience in field operations field verification investigations surveys or similar operational roles.
- At least 2 years of experience leading or supervising field teams
- Strong knowledge of field operations planning scheduling resource allocation and reporting
- An established nationwide network of freelancers surveyors investigators or field representatives is a strong advantage.
- Excellent leadership communication coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service quality.
- Experience in Employment Background Screening market research insurance investigations field audits collections or other field-based operations is highly desirable.
