We are looking for a hands-on and creative Executive Pastry Chef to lead the pastry and bakery operation across Desa Potato Head. Working closely with the Executive Chef and wider culinary team you will be responsible for driving quality consistency and innovation across the propertys pastry and bakery offering.

What youll do

• Lead the overall pastry and bakery operation across Desa Potato Head
• Develop and evolve pastry dessert and bakery concepts across the propertys dining outlets
• Drive quality consistency and high standards of technical execution
• Champion local ingredients and collaborate with local farms and producers
• Apply traditional pastry and baking techniques in a contemporary context
• Lead coach and develop the pastry team
• Manage food quality costs production and operational standards

What you bring

• Proven senior pastry experience in a high-quality restaurant luxury or lifestyle property or multi-outlet environment
• Strong technical pastry skills with solid baking experience
• Experience across pastry bakery and desserts with the ability to deliver consistently at scale
• A creative approach to pastry dessert and bakery development
• Proven ability to lead and develop a pastry team
• This position is open to Indonesian nationals only
• International or overseas experience strongly preferred
