Engineering Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (Daily Worker)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:

Responsible for performing inspection preventive maintenance troubleshooting and repair of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems to ensure safe efficient and reliable building operations. The role responds to maintenance requests supports emergency repairs maintains equipment records and ensures all work complies with safety and operational standards while coordinating with supervisors contractors and other engineering team members

REQUIREMENTS:

Due to work pass restrictions only Citizens of Indonesia (WNI) shall be considered.
Basic fluency in English (oral and written).
Minimum one year of experience (part time or full time) in preventive and maintenance preferably in luxury hotels serviced apartments residential towers or commercial buildings.
Diploma vocational school (SMK) or equivalent technical education in Mechanical Electrical Building Services or related fields.
Strong understanding of building systems and maintenance procedures.
Familiarity with workplace safety standards and troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to read simple technical drawings or furniture installation guides.
Physically fit detail-oriented and proactive in addressing issues.
Available to work on daily worker basis (paid on a perday basis)and able to start immediately.
