This role drives innovation continuous capability improvement and the adoption of emerging technologies. As a recognizedsubjectmatter expert you will lead by example support others growth and proactively strengthen Baker Hughes strategic position as a global leader in reliability solutions.

AsanEngineering Advisor - Reliabilityyou willbe responsible for:

• Lead andfacilitatestructured problemsolving sessions using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies.

• Conduct and ensure the effective application of Reliability Studiesutilizingvarious reliability tools including but not limited to FMECA Life Cycle Cost (LCC) analysis and RCA.

• Manage analyze and interpret reliability data with strong data handling and IT capabilities to supportdecisionmaking.

• Provide project management and administrative oversight ensuring initiatives are delivered according to scope andobjectives.

• Effectively manage time budgets and deliverables to meet project and business requirements.

• Actively support and contribute to business development activities including client engagements and solution development.

• Coach and mentor team members to strengthen capability and knowledge in reliability engineering practices.

• Deliver training programs on Reliability Methods for clientinhousesessions and publicseminars focused on Asset Strategy Management.

To be successful in this role you will:

• HaveMasters Degree in EngineeringDiscipline or15years of Maintenance and/or Reliability experience.

• Have experience in the application of reliability methods and techniques gained within relevant industry.

• Have experience in data analysis including extraction from various datasourcesthe ability to summarize data into conclusions.

• Haveexperience inleading multi-disciplined groups in the facilitation of problem solving and/or process / maintenance improvement studies.

• Have strong commercial acumen and experience in project leadership and execution.
