Geekhunter is recruiting on behalf of a client that focuses on a micro-nursery (childcare center) designed for children from birth to age 3.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and supervision for infants and young children in a safe nurturing and inclusive environment.
• Support children's physical emotional social and cognitive development through age-appropriate care and activities.
• Foster positive relationships with children by promoting their well-being confidence and independence.
• Welcome children and families warmly while maintaining professional and respectful communication.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver consistent high-quality childcare and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Observe children's general well-being and communicate relevant information to supervisors in accordance with the nursery's policies.
• Participate in the implementation of the nursery's educational program and daily routines.
• Ensure compliance with the nursery's health safety safeguarding and confidentiality standards.
• Perform other childcare-related duties as assigned to support the daily operation of the nursery.

Job Requirements

• A genuine passion for working with infants and young children.
• Relevant qualifications or experience in early childhood education childcare or a related field are preferred.
• Good understanding of child development and age-appropriate care practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children families and colleagues.
• Patient caring responsible and able to work effectively within a team.
• Strong observation organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism discretion and confidentiality at all times.
• Willingness to follow the nursery's educational approach policies procedures and quality standards.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
