At PwC our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions divestitures and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals.

Those in capital projects management at PwC will focus on overseeing and managing large-scale construction and infrastructure projects enabling them to be completed on time and within budget. Your work will demonstrate and build on strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate various stakeholders and resources.

Focused on relationships you are building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations you are growing your personal brand deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients and to deliver quality. Embracing increased ambiguity you are comfortable when the path forward isnt clear you ask questions and you use these moments as opportunities to grow.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduated from Bachelors degree majoring in Economics with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 from reputable university

  • Experience conducting economic assessment for infrastructure investment (e.g. cost-benefit analysis economic impact assessment etc.)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct thorough research and analysis.

  • Strong report writing skills with the ability to effectively communicate findings and analysis both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex economic concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different teams and disciplines.

  • Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google tools is a must.

  • Familiarity with economic modelling and statistical analysis software (e.g. STATA R Python etc.) is a plus.
