About the Role

Our client an AI data center operator in Jakarta is looking for a Data Center Manager to lead the safe reliable and efficient 24/7 operation of its AI/GPU data center. You will oversee mission-critical facilities infrastructure including electrical power HVAC coolant distribution units (CDUs) liquid-cooling systems and environmental monitoring.

You will lead the facilities operations team and coordinate closely with IT/GPU operations vendors and OEM support teams to maintain infrastructure availability manage capacity and achieve operational and service-level objectives.

What Youll Do

• Lead 24/7 facilities operations across electrical power cooling liquid-cooling and environmental monitoring systems.

• Maintain infrastructure availability and redundancy while driving continuous improvement toward service-level objectives.

• Manage incidents changes preventive maintenance and escalations to vendors and OEM support teams.

• Monitor power and cooling capacity for high-density GPU racks and plan for future infrastructure requirements.

• Oversee vendor performance operational risks and compliance with safety standards and operating procedures.

• Coordinate with IT/GPU operations to ensure facilities and compute teams work effectively together.

• Lead incident reviews root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve operational reliability.

What Were Looking For

• 710 years of mission-critical data center operations experience including at least 3 years leading data center facilities operations.

• Strong knowledge of critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure.

• Experience managing 24/7 operations incidents maintenance capacity planning and vendors.

• Working knowledge of high-density liquid-cooled AI or high-performance computing (HPC) environments.

• Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Good command of English (mandatory).
