Job Summary
SHANGRI-LA RESIDENCES JAKARTA
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
To maintain a high standard of all food preparation and service in their respective Kitchens according to the standards required by the management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Due to work pass restrictions only Citizens of Indonesia (WNI) shall be considered.
Able and confidence to communicate in English (conversation level) and only application in English that will be considered.
Minimum 1 (one) year of work experience in a similar capacity in an international luxury hotel brand or reputable chained restaurant; Fresh graduates with internship experience in a similar capacity are welcome to apply.
Passionate about culinary arts with creativity enthusiasm and a strong willingness to learn.
Well-groomed disciplined and service-oriented.
Willing to work shifts and flexible hours including weekends or public holidays.
