Job Role:

The Corporate Development Manager plays a key role in driving strategic growth through business collaboration joint ventures and corporate structuring initiatives. The role is responsible for analyzing group business operations to support executive decision-making managing regional and offshore entities and ensuring governance and compliance in coordination with external partners. This position also contributes to market and peer research to identify new business opportunities and supports the preparation of board meetings and corporate presentations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage group business collaborations partnerships and joint venture opportunities.
  • Analyze group business operations and financial data to support executive decision-making.
  • Establish structure and oversee regional and offshore entities in alignment with corporate strategy.
  • Coordinate with legal financial and external agents to ensure robust governance and compliance.
  • Conduct market industry and peer benchmarking research to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Prepare presentation materials and assist with board or shareholder meeting arrangements.
  • Supervise and guide the Shareholder Affairs Specialist in administrative and compliance-related tasks.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Business Management Finance or a related discipline.
  • 45 years of managerial experience in corporate development strategic partnerships business advisory M&A or financial analysis.
  • Experience in the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
  • Exposure to managing or coordinating offshore entities and governance is an advantage.
  • Proficient in data gathering financial modeling valuation analysis and commercial due diligence.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in English (oral and written) and business-level fluency in Mandarin.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
  • Independent proactive and able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Confident communicator with cross-cultural collaboration experience.
