Content & Traffic Operations Lead

• Oversee full project life cycles-from briefing to final delivery-ensuring timely execution within scope and deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with content team leads SEEK stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless creative production workflows and delivery.
• Streamline and optimize content operations improving service levels and turnaround times.
• Drive process improvement initiatives including researching and embedding new production systems and tools.
• Manage day-to-day resource allocation schedule planning and workload planning across multiple projects across APAC.
• Maintain and manage the digital asset and project management system including the filing structure to ensure consistent organization and accessibility.
• Support the implementation of AI-driven workflows and automation tools including tracking adoption measuring impact and streamlining workflows to increase efficiency.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role preferably within a creative or marketing agency environment.
• Strong project management and production operations background with experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to coordinate across internal teams and external partners to deliver successful outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience managing creative budgets and resourcing across fast-paced deadline-driven environments.
• Familiarity with production systems tools and asset management platforms.

Other Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Design or a related field.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• A proactive and growth mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and creative excellence.
• Experience with tools such as WRIKE or similar project management platforms is a plus.
• Able to balance firmness with diplomacy in day-to-day interactions enabling effective stakeholder management and ensuring projects stay on track.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities.
