Job Summary
The Construction Manager will lead the delivery of data center construction projects from site mobilization through commissioning readiness and handover. You will provide hands-on site leadership ensuring work is completed safely to quality standards within schedule and in line with project and regulatory requirements.
Working with general contractors subcontractors consultants and internal stakeholders you will coordinate civil structural MEP controls/BMS fire and life safety security and fit-out workstreams. The role requires strong construction planning contractor management risk management documentation control and issue-resolution skills in a fast-paced high-dependency environment.
Responsibilities
Lead on-site construction delivery for data center facilities development expansion and fit-out projects.
Manage general contractors subcontractors consultants and specialist vendors across multiple construction trades.
Drive site execution plans look-ahead schedules coordination meetings and recovery plans.
Ensure compliance with site safety EHS quality permitting and approved construction methods.
Lead inspections ITPs NCRs punch lists corrective actions and verification of completed work.
Coordinate design construction and operational stakeholders to resolve technical issues and protect critical-path milestones.
Manage RFIs submittals method statements inspection records site reports meeting minutes and closeout documentation.
Drive commissioning readiness and handover including test documentation as-builts O&M manuals training records and turnover packages.
Monitor scope schedule progress and change; support variation claims and contractor performance reviews.
Provide clear reporting on site progress safety quality risks actions and decisions.
Travel within Indonesia and regionally as required up to 20%.
