Chinese Head Chef

• Lead and manage all operations of the Chinese Kitchen ensuring the preparation presentation and consistency of authentic high-quality Chinese cuisine while meeting hotel brand standards guest expectations and operational requirements.
• Train coach and develop the Chinese Kitchen team by providing continuous guidance on culinary techniques food presentation productivity and adherence to standard recipes fostering a culture of teamwork innovation and continuous improvement.
• Develop review and enhance Chinese menus seasonal promotions and specialty dishes in collaboration with the Executive Chef balancing authenticity creativity market trends guest preferences and profitability while maintaining food cost targets.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety hygiene sanitation and HACCP standards while effectively managing kitchen inventory purchasing equipment maintenance labor productivity and cost control to achieve operational excellence and support the overall success of the Food & Beverage department.
