We are looking for CDP-Main Kitchen

As a CDP-Main Kitchen we rely on you to:

• Maintain the food preparation process in alignment with Shangri-Las service and hygiene standards
• Ensure all Health and Safety standards and policies are followed correctly
• Manage plan and supervise the overall kitchen operation
• Maintain standard recipe to ensure food taste & quality consitency
• Ensure all ingrediants are in high quality and sufficient quantity for operations
• Assist Sous Chef to develop menu and control Food Cost

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for Food & Beverage
• Enjoys interacting with people &Loves interacting with guests and engaging them
• Communicates with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
• Attention to details and
• Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
• Committed to serving food of the highest quality
• Willing to work shifts
