Brief Description
Develop and manage strategic partnerships with priority accounts to expand vaccine access drive demand generation and deliver business objectives through tailored educational initiatives partnership programs and stakeholder engagement.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across Marketing Sales Medical and other functions to develop and execute integrated account strategies ensuring effective implementation of business plans and sustainable partnership growth
Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategic planning
Lead the development and execution of strategic partnership plans for priority brands within the private market to accelerate vaccine access uptake and business growth.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across Marketing Sales Medical and other key functions to establish short- and long-term partnership strategies for strategic accounts.
Own partnership investment strategy including Gross-to-Net optimization pricing promotional programs and resource allocation to maximize business impact and return on investment.
Design innovative go-to-market approaches and stakeholder experiences that create value for healthcare consumers healthcare providers institutions and strategic partners.
Act as a strategic advisor to brand and business leaders ensuring alignment of partnership strategies with commercial priorities and organizational objectives.
Continuously assess market dynamics customer needs and competitive developments providing actionable recommendations to optimize business performance.
Partnership & Key account management
Lead strategic engagement with priority accounts and partners to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes aligned with agreed business objectives and KPIs.
Develop strategic partnership with targeted key partners to to expand vaccination access and awareness.
Serve as the primary strategic liaison between our company and key partners fostering executive-level relationships and driving collaborative business planning.
Guide end-to-end partnership execution ensuring seamless coordination and alignment between partner expectations and field-force implementation.
Influence internal and external stakeholders to build advocacy secure partner commitment and advance sustainable partnership opportunities.
Utilize data insights and analytics to identify growth opportunities evaluate partnership performance and inform strategic decision-making.
Monitor partnership health business outcomes and market developments to identify opportunities for expansion optimization and innovation.
Innovation & New go-to-market model
Lead the incubation pilot implementation and scale-up of innovative partnership and vaccination access models.
Champion a test-and-learn culture by identifying evaluating and scaling new approaches to improve patient access and stakeholder engagement.
Localize and deploy relevant global and regional best practices to accelerate innovative access solutions within the Indonesian market.
Identify emerging trends technologies and stakeholders need to continuously evolve our companys partnership and go-to-market capabilities.
Qualification Skills & Experience:
Bachelors degree in business marketing healthcare or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management Strategic Partnerships Business Development or New Channel Development.
Strong customer engagement stakeholder management and partnership development capabilities.
Experience in healthcare pharmaceutical consumer health or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
Exposure to Brand Marketing Commercial Strategy or Sales is an advantage.
Strong analytical strategic thinking and business planning capabilities.
Fluent in written and spoken English with the ability to collaborate effectively with regional and global stakeholders.
Results-oriented proactive innovative and agile with a strong sense of ownership.
Proven ability to lead through influence and drive execution across cross-functional teams and sales force organizations.
