Business Development Internship

• Support the creation of excitement around Santai Seaplane and help convert interest into partnership opportunities
  

• Assist in identifying and researching potential partners such as luxury hotels resorts villa collections travel designers DMCs concierges and corporate clients
  

• Help with outreach follow-ups and maintaining communication with prospective and existing partners
  

• Support the partnership cycle from initial contact through to onboarding and ongoing relationship management
  

• Contribute ideas for bundled travel packages (e.g. seaplane transfers stays curated experiences) that partners can promote
  

• Assist in planning partner activations such as familiarization (fam) trips showcase flights events and joint promotions
  

• Track partnership activity and help organize performance data (basic CRM/Excel reporting)
  

• Support sales and marketing initiatives including pitch deck preparation content ideas and industry events or trade shows
  

• Work closely with a small fast-moving team where initiative and creativity are valued
  

• Final year student or recent graduate (Business Hospitality Tourism Marketing or related fields preferred)
  

• Strong interest in luxury travel hospitality aviation or experiential tourism
  

• Comfortable communicating in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken)
  

• Naturally outgoing and enjoys talking to people networking and building relationships
  

• Willingness to learn how deals are structured and how partnerships are built from scratch
  

• Organized and detail-oriented with basic comfort using Excel/Google Sheets
  

• Proactive attitudeyou dont wait to be told every step
  

• Creative thinking when it comes to ideas offers and collaborations
  

• Calm and adaptable in a fast-paced evolving environment
  

• Sense of humor and genuine curiosity about the travel industry
  

• Based in Bali or willing to relocate

• Minimum 3 months and ideally 6 months full-time with the possibility to extend. Flexible on length of internship
