The ideal candidate will be a seasoned commercial leader with a proven track record of unlocking enterprise-level cloud revenue. Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion & Strategy: Formulate and execute the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the Indonesian enterprise sector capturing market share in high-value cloud migration modernization and managed services.
Team Building & Organizational Growth: Act as the local organizational anchor. Scope hire mentor and scale a high-performing local team which includes Business Development Managers (BDMs) to drive sales pipelines and Local Cloud/Solutions Engineers to support pre-sales and post-sales technical delivery.
Partner Ecosystem Leverage (AWS Focus): Co-sell and align strategies directly with hyperscaler partner teams. Navigate the AWS partner network ecosystem in Indonesia to generate co-sell pipelines and maximize joint funding programs.
Executive Relationship Management: Leverage existing local C-suite networks (CEO CIO CTO CFO) across Indonesian enterprises and regional Chinese multi-nationals (MNCs) operating within Indonesia to position the company as a trusted digital transformation partner.
Commercial Architecture: Lead complex commercial negotiations RFP/RFI responses and value-based pricing strategies to ensure profitable revenue growth and high customer retention.
Requirements
Overall Experience: Minimum 1012 years of enterprise B2B technology sales experience with a consistent history of quota over-achievement.
People Leadership: Proven experience hiring building and managing technical and/or commercial teams (e.g. managing sales reps working closely with engineering resource allocation).
Language Requirements: * Native-level fluency in Bahasa IndonesiaEnglish
Local Market Nuance: Deep understanding of Indonesian business culture local regulatory compliance frameworks (such as OJK regulations for FSI) and local procurement behaviors.
