Business Development Associate (Digital Goods & PPOB)

Job Summary
- Onboard new backup partners for the PPOB & Digital Goods business unit to ensure service stability managing the process from initial meetings to end-to-end paperwork.
- Explore and launch new digital verticals (e.g. game vouchers streaming services etc.) to continuously expand the product portfolio.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to compare and negotiate pricing with billers or aggregators to ensure market competitiveness.
- Develop and revise business schemes (PKS) to accommodate tax preferences and financial compliance as requested by the Finance Team.
- Manage monthly operational excellence including reconciliation reports and invoicing processes for all digital partners.
- Act as the main PIC for all inquiries or complaints ensuring effective follow-through with both internal and external stakeholders on timely SLA.
- Monitor business performance in terms of transaction volume and GTV and lead necessary initiatives such as marketing support to drive numbers.
- Validate and reconcile monthly transaction data to ensure accuracy for regulatory reporting and manage the preparation of quarterly performance reports.
Qualifications :
- Analytical and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of pricing models and business calculations.
- Neat and highly organized with a disciplined approach to bookkeeping and maintaining administrative records.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in reviewing legal contracts (PKS) and understanding tax implications (PPN & PPh) in digital transactions.
- Proactive self-starter with a problem-solving mindset able to navigate challenges and drive initiatives independently.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills to deal with partners / aggregators.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data reconciliation and performance monitoring.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal cross-functional teams (Tech Finance Marketing)
- Individuals with at least 2 (two) years of relevant work experience in Business Development or Account Management.
- Prior experience in Fintech PPOB or E-commerce Digital Goods business is highly preferred.
