Business Controller Manager

Job Responsibilities

Manage and monitor commercial budgeting and spending effectiveness

Support business P&L management and financial performance analysis

Collaborate with commercial teams on budgeting forecasting and financial planning

Review trade spending marketing budgets and distributor claims

Develop financial reports and provide insights to support business decisions

Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG finance commercial controlling or business controlling

Strong experience in commercial budgeting spending analysis and business partnering

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and ERP systems

Experience supporting business P&L and financial planning activities

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
