Key Responsibilities

To lead complex analysis initiatives
Ensure high-quality requirements for strategic and high-impact programs/transformation
Mentor Business Analysts to ensure consistency traceability and value realization across projects

Person Specifications

Minimum experience as IT Business Analyst or similar role 3 years
Follow business analysis standards methodologies and best practices
Translate business strategy and high-level objectives into clear structured and prioritized requirements
Ensure project and transformation requirements completeness consistency and traceability across end-to-end processes
Having knowledge and experience on SAP System is mandatory
Collaborate closely with IT architecture IT delivery business stakeholders application owners to ensure solution alignment
Support value realization tracking and readiness for go-live
