JOB DUTIES

• Manage shipment plan as based on Customer data planner
• Do communication with Customer destination / market
• Prepare forecast booking arrangement
• Process booking submission
• Do coordination with warehouse team for stuffing
• Do export document checking such as BL and other document as required for export
• Manage stuffing plan
• Generate final SI Commercial Invoice and Packing List based on actual loading
• Submit shipment weekly report
• Do data update and upload to the transport management system as required
• All relevant duties assigned by Superior

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education background minimum Bachelor Degreefrom Sea Transportation Management or any major
• Minimum 2 year experience as a Sea Freight Export operation Fresh Graduate are welcome
• Havingagood understanding of Sea Freight Export shipment flow and procedure
• English Fluency both in writing and speaking
• Computer Literacy (Strong working knowledge for Microsoft office application and strong excel reporting skill)
• Able to work under pressure with time sensitive
• Has all technical competencies that required by the position
