Bartender & Barista

• Prepare and serve coffee tea cocktails mocktails alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards.
• Provide excellent and efficient guest service including taking orders recommending beverages and responding to guest requests.
• Operate clean and maintain coffee machines bar equipment glassware and other beverage tools to ensure proper working conditions.
• Maintain cleanliness hygiene stock levels inventory and organization of the bar and beverage station while following hotel procedures and standards.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 12 years of experience as a Bartender Barista or similar position preferably in a hotel café bar or restaurant.
• Good knowledge of coffee preparation espresso-based beverages cocktails mocktails spirits wine and other beverages.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a friendly professional and positive attitude toward guests.
• Willing to work shifts weekends and public holidays with good attention to cleanliness hygiene safety and beverage quality.
