Associate Trainer Temporary Maternity Cover

• Design and deliver training programs related to manufacturing modular systems compliance and certifications.

• Lead and support trainers to ensure effective and engaging training delivery.

• Collaborate with Manufacturing HR Compliance and Operations teams to identify training and development needs.

• Manage training schedules materials completion tracking and training evaluations.

• Administer and maintain digital learning platforms.

• Support library and knowledge center operations.

• Assist with employee engagement initiatives events recognition programs surveys and wellness activities.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Education Industrial Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in training learning & development or manufacturing training. Fresh graduates with internship experience in training or learning & development are welcome to apply.

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.

• Strong presentation facilitation communication leadership and coaching skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with LMS or HRIS platforms is an advantage.

• Well-organized collaborative and passionate about people development.
