At PwC our people in Deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions divestitures and restructuring. Our team assist organisations with both buy side and sell side due diligence. As part of our team youll help us provide both corporate and financial buyers with peace of mind by analysing and validating all the financial commercial operational and strategic assumptions being made.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Accounting. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
GPA above 3.0 out of 4.0 / Second Class Upper Honours / Distinction average from top public and private universities in Indonesia and overseas.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights.
Have an interest in Financial Due Diligence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectivelyengage withclients and internal teams at all levels.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment managing multiple priorities and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiencyin financial modeling valuation techniques and Microsoft Excel; familiaritywith data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) is a plus.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development with a proactive approach to staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
