Your new role

As an Associate Content Manager within Customer Engagement you will drive the delivery and execution of digital content that resonates with both healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients in the affiliate. You will play a central role in bringing our therapies to life through engaging compliant and impactful storytelling that drives meaningful engagement across digital channels.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Translate the brands customer needs data and studies into customer-centric content based on brand strategy from Marketing
• Develop and produce high-quality digital content for HCP and consumer marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email web social media and digital platforms
• Partner with medical legal and regulatory teams to ensure all content meets compliance standards without compromising creativity or engagement and manage content workflows from briefing through to approval and deployment ensuring timely delivery
• Analyze content performance metrics to optimize campaigns identify trends and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights
• Drive adoption and optimization of digital sales rep-led tools HCP portals WhatsApp engagement webinars and digital engagement platforms

The team combines marketing expertise with digital innovation to deliver content that educates inspires and drives action. You will contribute directly to expanding how millions of people discover and engage with our treatments.

Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for an Associate Content Manager who thrives at the intersection of creativity and strategy and who is energized by seeing their work reach diverse audiences. You will bring with you:

• A minimum Bachelors Degree in Medical Pharmacist and healthcare-related science background
• > 5 years of experience in of experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry ideally in a similar function. Visual design and video editing ability is a plus
• Highly collaborative and commercially minded spirit with strong background in content creation and copywriting for healthcare health tech and other health-related industry and can work with data and analysis especially digital analytics data
• Strong passion for digital engagement with a finger on the pulse of current new technologies to engage with customer in healthcare
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with an eye for compelling copy and visual storytelling
