Assistant Safety & Security Manager

What youll do:

• Support daily security operations across the Hotel Night Club and Beach Club ensuring appropriate coverage during peak hours and events
• Supervise and guide the Safety & Security team in enforcing security protocols crowd control guest flow and access management

• Monitor security systems conduct risk assessments safety audits emergency drills and investigate incidents with accurate reporting

• Support the development of emergency response plans while coordinating with local authorities and community stakeholders

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Degree in Law Management Military Academy or a related field

• 35 years of experience in safety and security management within a high-capacity hospitality entertainment or leisure establishment

• Experience managing multi-outlet security operations across hotels nightclubs beach clubs or large-scale events

• Gada Pratama Certification is mandatory with strong knowledge of crowd management surveillance systems incident response crisis management and emergency procedures
