• Supervisedaily construction and interior finishing activities on-site
• Ensure qualitycompliance with design drawings specifications and standards through regular inspections
• Monitor progressagainst project timeline and milestones; report delays and implement corrective actions
• Enforce safetyprotocols and K3 regulations; maintain safe work environment
• Coordinatebetween architects designers engineers and contractors
• Manage materials verify quality coordinate deliveries and monitor inventory
• Documentprogress inspections safety records and compliance reports
• Resolvefield issues and conflicts promptly with stakeholders
• Maintain recordsincluding daily logs as-built documentation and handover files

• Education: Minimum Bachelors Degree in Architectural Engineering Interior Design or Civil Engineering
• Certification: SKA/SKK (Professional Certification) minimum Junior Expert level
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in the construction services industry
• Specialized Experience: Proven track record as a Field Supervisor on multi-story building construction renovation or office/residential projects (minimum 4 floors)

• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and quality focus
• Proficiency in reading architectural and technical drawings
• Knowledge of construction methods materials and building codes
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and/or local language
