Apprenticeship Marketing (Wealth & Matured Segment)

Responsibilities:

1. Operational & Administrative Support for Wealth & Matured Segment unit including:
Support day-to-day operational activities of the Wealth & Matured Segment team
Handle administrative tasks including purchasing processes documentation and approvals
Prepare and maintain regular reports

2. Design & Creative Development Support for GTM Wealth & Matured Segment projects including:
Assist in developing design materials for campaigns events and product communication
Collaborate with internal teams on visual concepts and creative assets
Revise and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback
Support implementation of visual assets across digital and offline channels

3. Support event coordination for Wealth & Matured Segment activities including:
Liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors
Coordinating logistics timeline and deliverables to ensure smooth event execution
On-site assistance during event implementation

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (written & verbal) with high attention to detail; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)

• Strong organizational and administrative capabilities with the ability to prioritize multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in basic design tools (Mandatory: Adobe Photoshop Illustrator Indesign; Point plus: Powerpoint Canva Adobe After Effect & prompting/generating AI image) with a strong visual sense in layout typography and composition.

• Agile proactive and collaborative with strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with stakeholders and vendors; interest or exposure in event organizing is a plus
