• Check the agency agreement
• Check the PRUventure and bancassurance applications
• Create a distribution report to be sent to the vendor
• Update the logbook for document
• Pickup documents to be processed by the vendor
• Handle Project Filling & Ad hoc

• Final year or fresh graduate preferably from Information System
• Willing to do WFO (3x a week) and WFH (2x a week) in South Jakarta
• Committed to do 6 months internship period
• Good problem solving communication and documentation skills
• Detailed oriented and a fast learner
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
• Has excellent communication skills (written and verbal) both in English and Indonesian
