About The Role
Provide pre- and post-sales support to customers and prospects including applications demonstrations and sales visits related to Laboratory Instruments Equipment & Consumables products (neogen specifically) for food & beverage or pharmaceutical manufacture
What You Will Deliver
- Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
- Design and develop new equipment and systems or redesign of existing equipment to fulfill the needs of customers
- Research and analyze customer needs and suggest product features based on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations
- Assist sales team in configuring the correct solutions for the customers
- Study new products/technologies aligned with existing product lines to recommend enhancements or modifications
- Assist sales team on product demonstrations/technical presentations to customers or at conferences to promote products and services
- Provide pre-sales technical support through presentations and customer visits
- Run sample tests on instruments as and when needed (in-house or at customer sites)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing users
- Provide training to customers in post-sales and method development
