Qualifications :

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education training or certification in Hospitality Food & Beverage Service or a related field is an advantage.
   
• Work Experience: Previous experience in the food and beverage industry particularly within a hotel fine dining restaurant or luxury hospitality environment is preferred. 12 years of experience as a server waiter/waitress or in a similar guest-facing role is expected.
   
• Guest Service Skills: Exceptional guest service skills are essential. Candidates should demonstrate a genuine passion for creating memorable dining experiences through personalized attentive and professional service while consistently exceeding guest expectations.
   
• Knowledge of Food and Beverage: A solid understanding of food and beverage service standards menu offerings ingredients preparation methods and beverage pairings is important. Familiarity with dietary restrictions allergens and special guest requests is highly beneficial.
   
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required. The ability to interact confidently and courteously with guests accurately take orders provide recommendations and respond effectively to inquiries is essential.
   
• Teamwork: The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments is crucial. All Day Dining Servers must coordinate effectively with kitchen staff bartenders supervisors and fellow team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
   
• Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail is necessary to ensure order accuracy proper table setup service consistency and adherence to luxury hospitality standards. Maintaining cleanliness and presentation throughout the dining experience is equally important.
