AI Automation & Integration Specialist

PlacidWay is a global medical tourism marketplace connecting patients with hospitals clinics doctors and healthcare providers across 60 countries.

We are looking for a Senior AI Automation & Integration Specialist to help automate and improve processes across our business.

The successful candidate will identify manual and repetitive processes across Content Marketing HR Sales Patient Services Account Management and Operations and develop practical automation solutions to improve efficiency reduce manual work and support business growth.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong experience with AI workflow automation system integrations APIs and business process automation.

• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive and manual business processes across departments.
• Design build test and maintain automation workflows.
• Automate Content Department processes including content production workflows AI-assisted content creation content review/QA publishing workflows content updates and reporting.
• Develop AI-powered workflows using tools such as ChatGPT Claude Gemini and other AI platforms.
• Build integrations between CRM marketing HR content communication and other business systems.
• Work with n8n Zapier APIs webhooks and databases.
• Automate data collection processing reporting notifications and internal workflows.
• Monitor existing automations troubleshoot issues and continuously improve workflow performance.
• Work directly with different departments to understand their processes and implement suitable automation solutions.
• Document workflows and ensure reliable scalable automation.

• 4 years of experience in automation integrations software development AI automation or a related technical field.
• Strong hands-on experience with n8n Zapier or similar automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of APIs webhooks integrations and data workflows.
• Experience working with AI/LLM tools and AI-powered automation.
• Knowledge of JavaScript Python SQL or similar technologies is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently identify business problems and turn them into practical automation solutions.
• Excellent English communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work across multiple departments and manage several automation projects.

You should be proactive technically capable and comfortable taking an automation project from idea development testing implementation ongoing improvement.
