Your impact on the team
You will be responsible for for leading and managing all aftersales activities including service parts warranty and customer satisfaction functions across dealer networks and service centers. This role ensures operational excellence profitability and premium customer experience aligned with the brand standards and business objectives.
What youll do
- Strategic & Operational Management
Develop and execute the aftersales business strategy to achieve revenue profit and customer satisfaction targets.
Set monitor and review performance KPIs for service parts and warranty departments.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and risks.
Ensure alignment with OEM (principal) standards policies and performance indicators. - Dealer & Workshop Network Support
Oversee and support dealer/service network operations to ensure consistent service quality and efficiency.
Conduct regular dealer performance reviews and audits in line with brand guidelines.
Implement service process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
Coordinate dealer training and certification for service and technical staff. - Customer Experience & Retention
Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective service delivery and complaint management.
Implement customer retention programs (e.g. maintenance packages service campaigns CRM initiatives).
Ensure prompt handling of customer escalations and warranty claims. - Parts & Warranty Management
Oversee spare parts operations including inventory management supply chain pricing and availability.
Monitor warranty policies and ensure compliancewith OEM standards.
Manage warranty cost control and reporting. - Team Leadership & Development
Lead coach and develop aftersales team members to meet performance standards.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement collaboration and accountability.
Coordinate with HR for technical and customer service training program
About you
- Bachelors degree in mechanical / automotive engineering Business Management or related field.

- Ability to build relationships across dealer networks and principals
