After Sales Manager (R2)

Job Responsibilities

Lead and oversee After Sales operations covering Service Workshop Operations Parts and After Sales Network Management.

Develop and execute strategies to achieve After Sales business growth revenue profitability productivity and customer retention targets.

Monitor and improve workshop performance service quality operational efficiency and customer experience.

Oversee Parts Business and Inventory Management including stock availability sales performance and inventory efficiency.

Manage and develop the After Sales network to ensure operational standards business performance and service quality are consistently maintained.

Lead performance monitoring identify operational gaps and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Develop and manage the After Sales team through manpower planning coaching competency development and performance management.

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives and service excellence.
