About the company
Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client a prominent producer of PVC hoses in Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the accounting team.
- Oversee cost accounting activities including product costing (HPP/COGS).
- Analyze production costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Prepare accurate monthly quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with PSAK tax regulations and company policies.
- Manage inventory valuation manufacturing overhead and cost variance analysis.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support operational and financial planning.
- Drive continuous improvements in accounting processes and internal controls.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 7 years of accounting experience including 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong experience in Cost Accounting within a manufacturing company.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing costing inventory and financial reporting.
- Experience using ERP systems (SAP Oracle or similar).
- Good knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Strong analytical leadership and communication skills.
- CPA/CMA certification is an advantage.
