| Duties and Responsibilities | - Responsible for managing growth and profitability of the Professional loans business- Drive internal customer cross-sell as the most important source of acquisition.- Have a thorough understanding of alternate business channels like internet. |
| Required Qualifications and Experience | Should have a MBA/Post Graduate with 10-12 years of experience in sales and marketing in lending business with 3-4 years in a leadership role. Should have handled multiple regions and large size teams in previous role. Should possess the below skill sets:- Excellent knowledge of salaried loans segment- Excellent Team Management Skills- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills- Strong Negotiation Skills- Excellent Analytical & Problem Solving skills |
