Zoho & AI Marketing Automation Engineer

Role Objective

We are looking for a technical automation specialist who can build AI-powered marketing agents integrated with Zoho and Meta platforms including Facebook and Instagram.

The person will automate marketing workflows for multiple clients whose customer lead and campaign data is maintained in Zoho.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate AI agents with Zoho CRM Zoho Marketing Automation Zoho Campaigns and other relevant Zoho applications.
  
• Use Zoho APIs webhooks Deluge and third-party automation tools to create workflows.
  
• Integrate Facebook and Instagram through the Meta Graph API.
  
• Build AI agents capable of:
  
• Generating social media content and advertisements.
  
• Scheduling and publishing approved content.
  
• Creating client-specific marketing campaigns.
  
• Responding to or categorizing comments and messages where permitted.
  
• Capturing Facebook and Instagram leads and syncing them into Zoho.
  
• Automatically assigning scoring and following up with leads.
  
• Producing campaign performance reports and recommendations.
  
• Maintain separate data branding approvals and workflows for multiple clients.
  
• Create human-approval controls before sensitive content or campaigns are published.
  
• Monitor API failures token expiration workflow errors and automation performance.
  
• Document integrations and train the internal team to operate the system.
  

Required Experience

• Strong working knowledge of Zoho CRM and the broader Zoho ecosystem.
  
• Experience with Zoho APIs webhooks workflows and Deluge scripting.
  
• Experience building AI agents or LLM-based automations.
  
• Experience with Facebook and Instagram integrations using the Meta Graph API.
  
• Knowledge of OAuth API authentication databases and backend integrations.
  
• Experience with tools such as n8n Make Zapier or custom Python/ applications.
  
• Understanding of multi-client data separation security permissions and audit logs.
  
• Ability to build reliable production automationsnot only demonstrations.
  

• Zoho Creator Zoho Analytics Zoho Social and Zoho Marketing Automation.
  
• Facebook Lead Ads Meta Ads Manager WhatsApp Business API and Instagram Messaging API.
  
• AI-generated content campaign optimization lead qualification and automated reporting.
  
• Experience working with a marketing agency serving multiple client accounts.
  

1. Review the existing Zoho setup and marketing workflow.
   
2. Confirm which Facebook and Instagram actions can be performed through approved Meta APIs.
   
3. Design the Zoho-to-AI-to-Meta architecture.
   
4. Build one working pilot for a selected client.
   
5. Test content generation approval publishing lead capture and reporting.
   
6. Document the system before expanding it across additional clients.
