Hiring: Workday Talent Management Team Lead / Consultant
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 8-12 years
Education: 15 years of full-time education
Role: Custom Software Engineer
Salary: 23 LPA
We are looking for an experienced Workday professional with strong hands-on expertise in Workday Talent Management to design configure and optimize Workday applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design build and configure Workday applications
Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Configure and customize Workday Talent Management modules
Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders
Provide technical solutions and support
Participate in key technical decisions
Facilitate knowledge sharing and team development
Monitor project progress and ensure business alignment
Required Skills:
5 years of hands-on experience in Workday Talent Management
Strong understanding of Workday application design and configuration
Experience with Workday customization and integrations
Strong business requirement analysis skills
Knowledge of Workday integration tools and techniques
Team leadership and SME experience
Workday certification is preferred but not mandatory
