Key Responsibilities :
As a Lead responsible for Workday Learning delivery and configuration. Collaborate with teams to design build and deploy solutions aligned with business needs. Ensure compliance and best practices in Workday Learning implementations. Facilitate knowledge sharing and contribute to continuous improvement.
Technical Experience :
Proficiency in Workday Learning and Workday Peakon Employee Voice. Experience with configuration customization and integration. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Certification in Workday Learning is mandatory.
Professional Attributes :
Minimum 5.5 years of experience in Workday Learning.
Educational Qualification:
