About the Role
The Workday & Fieldglass Security and Compliance Expert will be part of the Enterprise Applications / HR Legal & Compliance Systems team within the Digital & Technology (D&T) CTO organization. This role partners closely with HR business teams technology product and service teams third-party vendors and service providers to ensure secure compliant and effective HR technology solutions.
The position focuses on the design implementation support governance and continuous improvement of the end-to-end Security and Compliance Process with a primary emphasis on Workday and Fieldglass Security and Compliance. The role also ensures adherence to internal security standards risk management practices audit requirements and external regulatory obligations.
Role Responsibilities
Design and configure:
Domain Security Policies
Business Process Security Policies
Authentication Policies
Login Methodologies
Execute security controls access management processes and activity reviews.
Manage and support internal and external audits related to Workday and Fieldglass.
Collaborate on access automation initiatives through:
SailPoint
Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems
Splunk monitoring
CyberArk
Stay current with Workday releases security updates and industry best practices.
Recommend process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance security and compliance.
Provide technical leadership in solution design implementation and delivery for large-scale programs and projects.
Own and maintain technical artifacts including:
Solution design specifications
Technical continuity plans
Compliance documentation
Ensure compliance with:
Internal security and risk management policies
Regulatory and statutory requirements
Partner with Service Teams to manage:
Change management activities
Release management activities
SaaS updates and production deployments
Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday and Fieldglass Security providing ongoing support and governance.
Basic Skills & Experience
9 years of experience in Workday and/or Fieldglass Security within a large-scale organization.
Workday or Fieldglass Security certification.
Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in:
Workday Security
Fieldglass Security
Compliance and Audit Management
Demonstrated experience working with both internal and external auditors.
Experience across HR transformation programs and lifecycle activities.
Experience supporting Workday and/or Fieldglass implementation projects.
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Experience supporting production environments and operational support models.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Working knowledge of:
SailPoint
CyberArk
Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Splunk
Experience with security automation and access governance tools.
Strong understanding of access review automation compliance monitoring and identity management best practices.
Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives within HR technology environments.
