Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Workday Data Mapping & Conversions professional to lead the design configuration and delivery of Workday solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions and Workday Advanced Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Workday Data Mapping & Conversions delivery and configuration
Design build configure and deploy Workday solutions
Perform data mapping conversion validation and troubleshooting
Develop and support Workday Advanced Reports
Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements
Ensure adherence to Workday best practices and implementation standards
Support integrations configuration and customization activities
Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

Candidate Profile
5.5 years of relevant Workday experience
Strong hands-on experience in Data Mapping & Conversions
Experience working on Workday implementation/support projects
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and lead delivery activities
