Role: Workday Consultant (Individual Contributor IC Role)
Location: Chennai (5 days Work from Office Mandatory)
Shift: US Shift (5:00 PM 2:00 AM IST)
Budget: Up to 40 LPA (including 10% variable)
Cab Facility: Available

Requirements

Required Skills

57 years of Workday hands-on experience
Strong configuration expertise in Workday HCM modules
Experience in US Payroll processes
Knowledge of Workday integrations (EIB / Studio / APIs)
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication & stakeholder management
