Roles & Responsibilities
- Proficiency in designing developing and maintaining Workato recipes workflows and integrations for inbound and outbound business transactions.
- Strong knowledge of API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) JSON XML CSV IDOC and other structured/unstructured data formats.
- Good understanding of data mapping transformation and orchestration using Workato including integration with SAP IDOCs and retail business transactions.
- Expertise in designing and implementing end-to-end integration workflows between enterprise applications cloud platforms and B2B partners.
- Experience in troubleshooting integration failures recipe errors API issues and data processing exceptions including root cause analysis and issue resolution.
- Provide technical support and ongoing maintenance for enterprise integrations automation workflows and B2B transaction processes.
- Strong knowledge of Workato connectors custom connectors APIs webhooks and event-driven integrations.
- Experience monitoring integration performance creating operational reports and ensuring data accuracy and process reliability.
- Familiarity with SAP ERP CRM retail and supply chain systems integration using Workato.
- Knowledge of integration best practices error handling security governance and reusable component development.
