Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Job Description:
Windows Administrator :
Installed configured maintained and have done troubleshooting of Windows Server Operating System
Added and removed Windows server features and roles such as Terminal servers (RDS) DNS DHCP etc.
Done troubleshooting using Performance Monitor or any other tools Event Viewer and Task Manager.
VMWare: Created Virtual Machine performed cloning created and deleted snapshots added and removed hardware resources on Guest OS
Hardware: Configured and performed basic troubleshooting of RAID (Software and hardware) and comfortable using disk management tools.
Assist in the evaluation and deployment of new software and hardware.
Provide technical support and assistance to end-users.
Ensure data backups and recovery processes are functioning correctly.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Skills:
Windows Servers 2019 and later.
Unix servers knowledge will be an added advantage.
Active DirectoryDNSGPO and DHCP Services.
TCP/IP / UDP protocols.
Backup and Recovery.
Remote Desktop Services.
System Monitoring and Ticketing Tools.
