Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Required Candidate Profile

. 56 years of hands-on experience in Windows/IIS application support or engineering.
. Strong practical experience with IIS configuration application deployment authentication authorization troubleshooting and performance tuning.
. Strong SQL scripting and troubleshooting capabilities.
. Good PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
. Good understanding of JavaScript and asynchronous API integrations.
. Basic knowledge or hands on exposure to RSA Archer is desirable and considered a niche skill.
. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with experience handling production incidents and complex technical issues.
. Ability to analyze logs across IIS Windows applications databases and integrations.
. Good understanding of application to database and application to API connectivity.
. Ability to work effectively with application infrastructure database network security and vendor teams.
