The Staffing Coordinators Intern will play a key role in partnering with our staffing agencies for hiring. This role holders interface with business partner teams and staffing agencies to ensure hiring of right talent on time. Staffing
Coordinators are responsible for ensuring that our candidates and stakeholders experience the highest level of Customer this high-volume hiring space the role holder will support staffing project initiatives daily assignments and general task completion. The responsibilities of the role holders include (but not limited to) demand planning oversight end-end hiring process staff agencies readiness and training onboarding process and orientation. The role holder will be an analytical thinker who can see around corners and demonstrate a passion for

About the Role:
The Workforce Staffing (WFS) team is responsible for managing Amazons Tier 1 talent supply chain and supporting large-scale hiring operations across fulfillment and delivery networks. The WFS Staffing Coordinator Intern will
support hiring operations and staffing activities to ensure timely fulfillment of business hiring demands while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate should be highly organized detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment. The individual will work closely with staffing agencies recruiting teams operations stakeholders and candidates to support hiring events onboarding activities reporting and process coordination. The role requires
strong communication skills analytical thinking and the ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy and customer obsession.


Key job responsibilities
Support end-to-end hiring activities for frontline associates based on business hiring requirements and labor
projections
Coordinate with staffing agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely hiring and onboarding of candidates
Assist in executing and auditing New Hiring Events (NHEs) and other hiring initiatives across assigned locations
Ensure candidates are guided through the hiring and onboarding process in accordance with Amazon policies and
procedures
Maintain hiring trackers dashboards and reports related to hiring progress onboarding status and candidate
pipeline
Support candidate communication and provide timely resolution to candidate queries during the recruitment
process
Partner with business teams and support functions to ensure smooth execution of staffing operations
Support process audits and maintain data accuracy related to hiring compliance and onboarding activities
Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance candidate experience and
staffing efficiency
Assist in vendor coordination readiness activities and documentation processes related to staffing operations
Support workforce planning activities and hiring event logistics across assigned locations
Staffing Coordinators may be required to travel to hiring locations/events within the assigned geographical area
Willingness to work flexible schedules based on business requirements


- Are enrolled in Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration Management or related
- fields
- Strong communication (written & verbal) coordination and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment staffing operations or HR processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with attention to detail

- Internship or academic project experience in recruitment HR operations or staffing coordination
- Knowledge of Excel functions reporting and data management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively
