We are seeking a talented Web Developer & Designer with 1 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing coding and improving our web-based applications and websites to meet both functional and aesthetic goals.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life and ensure a seamless user experience. Creativity attention to detail and a strong command of web technologies are essential.

2. AI-enabled development skills Ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT effectively GitHub Copilot Cursor and other AI-assisted development tools for coding troubleshooting optimization and improving development productivity.
   

3. Implement SEO best practices including on-page SEO technical SEO meta tags URLs redirects sitemap and page performance.
   

4. Work effectively in marketing aspects to support digital campaigns landing pages lead generation CTAs tracking and conversion optimization.
   

5. Manage and implement tools such as Google Analytics Google Search Console Google Tag Manager Meta Pixel and other marketing/analytics integrations.
   

6. Optimize website speed mobile responsiveness Core Web Vitals accessibility and overall performance.
   

7. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues broken links forms integrations browser compatibility and other technical issues.

9. Ensure website security backups version control and best development practices are followed.
   

10. Analyze website performance and SEO data and recommend improvements to support traffic engagement and lead generation.
    

11. Prepare basic technical documentation and maintain records of website changes and integrations.
    

12. Able to work independently manage multiple tasks and proactively identify and resolve technical issues.
    

13. Maintain manage and continuously enhance the existing company website ensuring functionality responsiveness performance and user experience.
