The Weaving Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily weaving operations ensuring production targets are met with required quality standards and maintaining efficient utilization of machines and manpower.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and supervise daily weaving production activities
Monitor loom performance and ensure optimal machine efficiency
Allocate work to operators and ensure proper manpower utilization
Ensure fabric quality as per customer specifications and standards
Identify defects and take corrective actions to reduce rejections
Coordinate with maintenance team for timely machine repairs and preventive maintenance
Minimize machine downtime wastage and production losses
Maintain production records shift reports and quality data
Requirements:
Diploma / Any Degree in relevant field
13 years of experience in weaving department
Strong knowledge of different types of looms and weaving processes
Good leadership communication and problem-solving skills
Required Skills:
Leadership and team management skills Problem-solving and decision-making ability Good communication skills
Required Education:
Diploma / Any Degree 0 3 years of experience in spinning operationsBoth Freshers and Experienced can also applyWilling to work in Rotational shifts
